Wether you have departing flight, arriving flight or just going to the airport to meet someone please make sure to have all relevant information available when you are booking your ride on Super Trans. Information like the name of the airlines, flight number, departure or arrival schedule and what terminal is all very important information to insure that your shuttle ride is scheduled properly.
Reservations must be booked in advance to allow us time for evaluating, pricing and scheduling your trip. Usually at lest 48 hours in advance is adequate. More time may be required if travelling during busy seasons and holidays. We will try to accommodate reservations made in less than 48 hours If space and pick up location are available. Reservations are accepted by phone or online. Please do not email incomplete reservations requests.
During the reservation process you may select one of the 5 daily trips we offer that is suitable for your flight arrival and departure time. Please take into consideration the shuttle trip duration plus the minimum check in time required by your airlines. We also offer the service at discount from many points in Philadelphia area and South New Jersey known as economy meeting points. However, you may choose door to door service available in most zip codes.
Payment can be made in advance by credit card or paid to the driver onboard by cash. Round trip reservations are encouraged and can receive up to %20 discount. Children under 2 years old pay small fee of $25 each way for this service. All tolls and taxes are included in the shared ride quote. No hidden costs. Extra luggage fee will apply if the permitted baggage allowance is exceeded.
Your shuttle ride will be be provided to or from the place you chose and at the time you chose or was assigned.

Customer is responsible for properly specifying the correct amount of luggage he or she intends to bring onto the vehicle during reservation. Failure to specify in advance may result in additional fees or the need for an additional vehicle, or the inability of the company to service the reservation. Customers traveling with valuables, priceless items, and prescription drugs should keep these items in their possession during the course of the trip.
Vehicles have limited space. Items considered excessive are subject to a small fee. The fee is dependent on the item(s) in question and may vary by location. Athletic equipment (e.g. bikes, surfboards, skis, golf clubs, etc.), non-ADA motorized scooters, and pet carriers will be subject to additional fees. Because of variations in fleets from city to city, not all items are permitted in all cities and vehicles. Large boxes may also incur an additional fee. Boxes include bicycle boxes, travel trunks, and musical cases for larger instruments. Shipping boxes are also considered oversized due to the weight they can hold, not because of their dimensions. Depending on the city, and the city’s vehicle type, items like these may require an Exclusive reservation. Large trunks, athletic equipment and oversized luggage may require Exclusive van service
For each passenger, at no extra cost, the following is accepted on board the vehicle: 2 checked luggage pieces, such as standard suitcases and large duffel bags weighing 50 pounds or less each; and 1 carry-on items, such as purses, laptop cases, briefcases, small suitcases, and backpacks. Larger items will be stowed in the rear storage area of the vehicle for the safety of all passengers.
